Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item 
must be unused and in the same condition 
that you received it.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will 
inspect it and notify you of approval 
or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be 
processed to your original payment 
method within 5-7 business days.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or 
defective, contact us immediately at 
support@vantcam.com with photos. 
We will send a replacement at no cost.
